Return and Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

We are happy to take returns. We understand things happen. It is a part of doing business.

All returns go back through our QC department for evaluation. Some products that we carry will need to be returned to our vendors before they will issue us a refund.

Please pack the items you are returning with enough packaging materials to ensure that the items arrive us undamaged.

If it is damaged by lack of packing material we cannot issue you a full refund. If it is returned without the original packaging and we cannot return it to stock, we cannot issue a full refund.

For any returns or refund requests, please first contact our store support here. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If we find the returned goods have arrived damaged we could assess up to a 20% restocking fee against the RMA.


You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)

Shipping

We currently ship to US locations with few exceptions such as batteries that can not be shipped via air service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Our primary shipping method is USPS.
